Our law firm in Luxembourg was founded in 1990 and merged in 2000 with Allen & Overy in order to integrate with one of the most prestigious law firms of the British Magic Circle. More than a legal advisor in corporate or financial matters, we have become a strategic business partner for our clients. Our lawyers advise banks, asset managers, private equity houses, insurance and reinsurance companies, blue chip companies as well as start-ups, Luxembourg-based companies, governmental authorities and public entities, and we are the chosen legal partner for many organisations with international or European headquarters in Luxembourg. Today, we are well positioned as one of the largest and certainly most international law firm in Luxembourg.
